Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances, such as demonstrable technical issues preventing you from accessing the purchased product after reasonable troubleshooting attempts.

Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances must be made in writing to support@dreamshoplegal.com within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Simply changing your mind or deciding you no longer need the product does not qualify for a refund.
